I suddenly had the urge to get away from everything. My family, my boyfriend, my dog. Call it a mid-life crisis and a desire to continue to see the world. If there’s one thing I can say I’m passionate about, It’s traveling and experiencing different cultures. I want to share with all of you my experiences traveling abroad; tidbits about what to see, where to eat, what to do, where to have a good cocktail!
Rick Steves encourages travelers to be “temporary locals”, and I couldn’t agree more with him. I truly believe you have to inmerge yourself in the culture to have a meaningful traveling experience. Bon Voyage!
